Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial transactions and accounting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Accountant will work closely with other departments to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Excel, Rahkaran (SystemGroup).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
